We use a proprietary algorithm to carefully match our customers' skin to the lingerie, hosiery, and shoes that best complement their complexion by combining photo analytics with textile color and fabric data.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

We ship globally! Domestic shipping: $4.99 for orders under $30 and $3.99 for orders over $30. International shipping: $25.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship globally! All international orders are shipped at a flat rate of $25. Please note that the buyer is subject to tax and duties upon import. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay the fees, which may vary by country.

Q: I received some of the items I ordered today, but I'm still waiting on others. Why is that?

Many of our brand partners send your orders direct from their warehouses. If you ordered items from multiple brands, they may arrive to your home separately and on separate dates. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, contact us at info@mynudest.com.

Yes. Panties are returnable for a full refund if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For health reasons, if the liner has been tampered with or removed, we will not be able to accept the return. Yes. Hosiery is returnable for a full refund if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hosiery that has been removed from its packaging. Q: Can I return shapewear?

You may return within 14 days of receiving your order The Hourlgass (slip) and The Clincher (camisole) shapewear items only if they are in perfect original condition: unworn, unwashed, without body odor, and with tags. Therefore, shapewear should be tried on over your own lingerie. Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds of the The Superbody (body suit), The Pins (high-waisted shorts), or The Peach (high-waisted knickers) shapewear items.
